Overview of Job/Team
We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to partner with Enterprise Sales to build and execute strategic marketing programs that connect them with target buyers, create opportunities, and accelerate pipeline. Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, the Field Marketing Manager will be hands-on in contributing to the sales and marketing alignment by building strong partnerships, open lines of communication, and accountability between teams. This role is a mix of strategy, planning, execution, and data analysis. As the POC and trusted advisor to Sales, you will build regional marketing plans and execute targeted marketing activities. You’ll be supported by a stellar marketing team, product manager, sales engineers, and external resources.
About You:
- You have a wide breadth of experience with online and offline marketing programs, and the ability to measure their effectiveness, and you may even have experience in Sales in a past role.
- You’ve built strong relationships with veteran sellers and have a track record of successfully building marketing programs that drive quota attainment.
- You have a history of proven tactics to energize sellers and promote real collaboration, while holding them accountable for meeting SLAs.
- You like to experiment and take calculated risks.
- You are a disciplined multi-tasker with the ability to manage competing priority deadlines.

What You'll Do:
- Sales/Marketing Alignment: Work closely with sellers to build regional marketing plans based on strategies and tactics that work well in each region to jointly drive new leads and grow pipeline
- Campaign Development: Help sellers segment their territory, and plan, execute, iterate ABM campaigns based on those segments
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage field events, including webinars, roundtables, and industry events to increase visibility and engagement, and drive pipeline.
- Operations: Work closely with Marketing Operations on campaign performance, reporting, and well as automation assets, including, emails and ABM nurture campaigns
- Lead Follow-Up: Partner with Sales Development on pre- and post-program strategies, sequences, and processes that set this team up for success
- Enablement: Collaborate with Sales Enablement on product trainings and sales playbooks, and package marketing materials/announcements for sales’ consumption & use
- Project Management: Work with the entire marketing team to ensure campaigns are on track and teammates are meeting launch deadlines
- Performance Analysis: Constantly measure performance against expectations; suggest and implement additional strategies to assist in meeting our marketing goal
- Travel: Attend events as necessary
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with revenue-generating marketing programs
- Previous experience in field marketing position directly supporting enterprise sales
- Hands-on expertise in project management, marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and sales tools required (Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, and Outreach, preferred).
- Experience with cybersecurity industry/personas
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal/relationship-building skills
- Command/ability to hold others accountable
- High degree of responsibility and follow-through
- Able to juggle multiple, simultaneous projects
