WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Demand Generation & Field Events Manager operates remotely, driving the strategy, planning, and hands-on execution for a robust calendar of field events, trade shows, VIP experiences, virtual events, and webinars. This leader is responsible for architecting demand generation programs and ABM campaigns that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and deepen engagement across our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and prioritized ABM accounts.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of marketing and sales, leveraging advanced Marketo expertise to deliver high-impact campaigns, segment audiences, enable stakeholders, and report on measurable ROI. Success in this role means building scalable programs, fostering collaborative team alignment, and executing events that transform audience interactions into business outcomes.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Events Management

• Strategize, plan, and execute a dynamic annual calendar of events, including:

  • Regional field workshops 

  • Industry trade shows 

  • VIP dinners 

  • Virtual events & summits

  • Partner co-hosted events

  • Comprehensive webinar execution

• Oversee event logistics, audience engagement strategies, budget management, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up.

• Collaborate with partners, speakers, and sponsors to elevate event quality and reach.

Demand Generation

• Own development and end-to-end execution of multi-channel demand gen campaigns targeting strategic ICP and focused ABM accounts.

• Architect ABM programs at all stages of the buyer’s journey, leveraging Marketo for audience segmentation, nurture streams, campaign building, event promotion, and in-depth measurement.

• Launch industry-specific marketing campaigns and partner programs tailored for vertical targets.

• Build and implement nurture streams mapped to the buyer’s journey, ensuring industry-relevant engagement.
