Job Summary
The Field Document Control Clerk is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to Field Management, including QC department. This role will organize drawings and support material management to secure goods and services for construction materials. Will perform various administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and general support functions, as needed.
Job Functions
- Actively support the Company’s commitment to safety and its “Core Values.”

- Maintain rental equipment logs.
- Contact suppliers for order status or pricing confirmation.
- Accurately and timely performs data entry functions.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ general office/clerical/accounting experience and exposure to fabrication work.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with databases.
- Strong communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong detail orientation; must have ability to analyze information and identify discrepancies
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience, specific skill set, geographic location, internal equity, and other factors influencing pay. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of this range, and in certain circumstances, may fall outside the listed hiring range.
Hiring range: $30.00-$35.00 hour
Full range for this position, available over time: $30.00-$35.00 hour
