About the Team
The Strategic Programs & Operations team is responsible for driving complex cross-functional projects and implementation of programs, systems and processes to optimise the way our business runs.
About the Role
We’re looking for seasoned transformation leaders and enterprise technologists to help Miro engage senior executives on their most complex challenges. In this role, you’ll elevate conversations with C-level stakeholders, build trusted peer-to-peer relationships, and translate big ideas into tangible business outcomes. By bringing your real-world leadership experience, you’ll position Miro as a strategic partner, shaping how organisations think about the future of technology-led change while driving meaningful business impact. You’ll act as both advisor and operator — guiding customers through high-stakes decisions, co-creating solutions that address critical business priorities, and ensuring those solutions translate into measurable value. This role is highly visible, requiring you to balance executive presence with hands-on execution, while contributing to thought leadership that amplifies Miro’s reputation in the market. Ultimately, your success will be measured by the quality of senior relationships you build, the influence you have on strategic accounts, and the impact you create for both customers and Miro.
What you’ll do
- Elevate conversations with executives (CIOs, CDOs, Heads of AI/Transformation) from IT tool discussions to enterprise-wide strategic platform
- Build credibility and trust with customers through peer-to-peer, non-sales advisory grounded in your own leadership experience
- Translate the “art of the possible” into concrete, high-value use cases that connect Miro’s platform to transformation stories, ROI, and new operating models
- Act as a trusted guide to help customers adopt and expand high-impact, technology-driven change initiatives
- Develop and refine scalable playbooks, narratives, and engagement models that resonate with senior technology and business leaders
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to share unfiltered customer feedback that shapes roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Produce thought leadership (e.g., blog posts, webinars, whitepapers) to strengthen Miro’s position as a visionary partner in enterprise transformation
- Influence pipeline growth and accelerate strategic opportunities, directly contributing to ambitious outcomes
What you’ll need
- Executive experience as a former CIO, CDO, or Head of Transformation at a large, complex enterprise with a track record of making a real business impact through leading large-scale digital or technology-driven transformations
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, data strategy, AI/ML ecosystems, and cloud infrastructure, with proven ability to embed emerging technologies into complex organisations
- Visionary storytelling skills: able to articulate a clear vision for the enterprise and connect it to business value and organisational change
- Consultative problem-solving mindset: skilled at diagnosing organisational and technical roadblocks, and advising on change management, data governance, and tech stack integration
- Influential communication skills: able to navigate complex stakeholder maps and build trust with both technical and business C-level executives
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach with a bias for action: able to translate a bold transformation vision into achievable first projects that deliver measurable results
- Experience as a public-facing thought leader, with the ability to make complex technology accessible to senior audiences
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a track record of cultivating long-term, high-impact partnerships
- Hands-on, self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently without reliance on a large team or enablement resources
What's in it for you
- 401k matching + Competitive equity package
- Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision health benefits
- Fertility & Family Forming Benefits
- Flexible time off
- Lunch, snacks and drinks provided in the office
- Wellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowance
- Annual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and career
