Responsibilities

• Develop, debug and deployment of test solutions for Digital, SOC semi-conductor devices
• Test program software development, often in collaborative environment
• Load board/probe card schematics design and layout review for test solutions
• Analyze problems and develop solutions on Teradyne ATE platform to optimize customer throughput
• Work with test engineering customers to understand and improve test processes
• Develop tests for Functional, SCAN, DC parametric and other
• Making recommendations to improve quality of test coverage
• Release to production of the test solution involving production handler and prober equipment; including correlation
• Develop new techniques for characterizing and testing semiconductor devices
• Demonstrate tester capability for customer evaluations
• Assist customers on tester operation and capability
• Provide training, technical exchanges and technical papers

Basic Qualifications & Skills

⦁    Test/Product engineering experience in digital, analog test development preferred
⦁    Prior programming experience on Teradyne, such as Uflex, Flex, J750, Magnum, Maverik or other semiconductor ATE platforms strongly desired
⦁    A solid/Proven technical domain understanding of RF testing.
⦁    Engage in detailed technical discussion with customer technical personal.
⦁    Ability to develop project scoping/technical assessment/team assembly.
⦁    Being able to apply judgment of effective escalation trigger and management
⦁    Understand project management- Schedule management – Risk Management – Change management.
⦁    RF Experience/Knowledge: Experience with RF techniques related to WLAN and Bluetooth testing (e.g. EVM) and modulation standards
⦁    Provide technical advice to help design PCB for high frequency (up to 12Ghz) applications
⦁    Correlation of device results between RF bench test instrument (spectrum analyzer, VNA, etc.) and ATE.
⦁    Direct experience working with Teradyne’s UltraFLEX system.
⦁    Strong communication skills, in order to:

Education

• Bachelor or higher degree in electronic/computer engineering or related fields
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience of semiconductor testing Industry and preferred
• Hands on experience on IC component testing project development
