Lifebit has created a patented technology that brings analysis and computation to where data resides. This enables researchers to run analyses on multiple, distributed datasets in-situ, avoiding the risky movement of highly-sensitive data.

Lifebit powers pioneers in national precision medicine such as Genomics England (UK Government) and guides them on how to make their valuable data usable securely. Biotech and pharma leaders like Boehringer Ingelheim turn to Lifebit to connect them to this otherwise locked up data to obtain novel therapeutic insights.

*As our Junior Client Manager / Project Manager…

You will work with our Senior Client Managers to manage the successful build and deployment of our products and services into the client environments. You will communicate to our clients and within Lifebit to ensure the project is delivered on-time with exceptional quality. In addition, you will work with our clients and Sales team to identify, understand and progress potential new sales opportunities.

You will be responsible for facilitating communication and project management activities between the Lifebit teams and our Clients.You will lead efforts to understand and remove pain points and blockers from our clients and internal teams, and effectively translate these core aspects to our engineering and product teams

You will be part of a growing team, and help continuously improve both our Ways of working and our products.

• With support from a Senior Client Manager (depending on experience) you will manage a client project from Planning through to Go-Live, managing client stakeholders and internal teams through the process.
• Articulate the client scope and project to the team.
• Work with our Product Managers and Product Owners to translate user needs into compelling Epics and Stories Lifebit teams can use to design, develop, build and deploy the product.
• Work with our internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of our Products into our Client environments
• Manage project scope, timeline, and risks, with clear communication internal and externally
• You will take end to end ownership for incidents and escalate them where necessary to see them through to resolution.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency, and turn these insights into concrete outcomes that align with our strategy.
• Create and implement KPIs and data metrics related to timelines and deliverables.
• Designs & continuously improve global management processes to promote the company objectives.
• You will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality support for business and customers alike.
• Build stakeholder relationships to support Lifebit success, and identify new sales opportunities

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience working in products and/or projects, from discovery to running live.
• Excellence building and navigating, complex, data heavy product suites.
• Exceptional communication skills to be able to thrive as the bridge between internal teams and our clients.
• Experience using Agile and/or Waterfall project management methods.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities, teams and individuals.
• Experience in genetics/genomics and medical sciences is a plus but definitely not a must.
• Sales experience a plus
