SummaryResponsible for and leads the daily operations of mobile blood bank personnel and processes.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials
Commercial Drivers License [Massachusetts] - Massachusetts Department of Transportation Registry of Motor Vehicles preferred Massachusetts Class B Commercial Drivers License - Massachusetts Department of Transportation Registry of Motor Vehicles required

Mobile Operations Experience 2-3 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and various software packages specific to role.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively and professionally work with people from all backgrounds.
- Ability to follow written/oral instructions and to follow established policies and procedures.
