Mid to Senior Project Manager- Healthcare (OSHPD or DSA certified)

MGAC is a leading construction consultancy with a strong presence in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We provide comprehensive services in construction management, project development, and advisory services to a diverse clientele. With over 350 employees and growing, we are seeking a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to help support our San Francisco portfolio of healthcare projects.
This is a full-time position based in San Francisco, California.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a construction related discipline and have at least five years of construction management experience in the healthcare/life science sector or similar (mission critical/MEP) experience.
• You are OSHPD or DSA certified professional and have well-versed experience on ground-up construction, specifically healthcare projects.

• As owner’s representatives, we help explain complex issues, managed conflicts, and advise on matters that are outside of the owner’s sphere of knowledge. We assist the owner in making informed decisions that keep the project on track.   
• As a Project Manager at MGAC, you will manage incredible, resume building, high visibility projects. 
• You’ll be an integral part of the team, assisting with schedule, scope, and budget activities. 
• Our San Francisco based project work has a solid foundation and is ever expanding.  We have a strong company portfolio in this market, and our pipeline is healthy and growing.  In addition to our current projects, we have numerous opportunities on the horizon.
