Objective:
The primary role of the Distribution Supervisor is to ensure the safe, efficient, timely and accurate receipt, storage, and delivery of products by managing daily warehouse operations and warehouse staff.
Key Accountabilities:
Order fulfillment: Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, retrieval, and delivery of product.
- Ensure customer receives correct product according to order specifications within company standards.
- Establish and audit product standards for incoming & outgoing product to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
- Manage freight carriers and transportation of goods to ensure on-time delivery at lowest possible cost.
- Work with third party logistics as needed.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory by overseeing cycle counts and auditing locations as needed.
Customer Focus: Collaborate with other department leaders to deliver a seamless customer experience for both internal and external customers.
Team Supervision:
- Plans, executes, and follows up on daily, weekly & monthly work and functions in the warehouse.
- Manage, motivate, develop, and involve employees through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Establish, track, and analyze department data related to employee and department goals, metrics, and budgets.
- Enable a culture of Operational Excellence throughout the warehouse.
- May perform work and tasks of direct reports as needed.
Continuous Improvement and Development:
- Work cross functionally to make improvements in processes, procedures, and ways of working.
- Regularly evaluate order fulfillment process, suggest, and implement improvements as necessary to increase capacity and drive order timeliness and accuracy.
- Develop, document, and implement policies and standards.
- Lead and support implementations of new technologies and equipment
- Implement Lean Warehousing and 5s methodologies.
Safety and Regulatory Management: Ensure a safe and compliant work environment on a daily basis.
- Adhere to all Company and OSHA safety requirements, advocate for safe work environment.
- Understand ISO 9001:2015 standards and ensure compliance.
- Responsible for proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, providing both preventative maintenance programs and all necessary repairs, including coordinating through third party vendors.

Salary Transparency
The pay range for this position is $60,000-$80,000/year. Please note that the higher end of the pay range is reserved for candidates with extensive experience and qualifications that exceed the requirements of the role. Most new hires typically start at the beginning of the pay range, with opportunities for growth and increases based on performance and tenure. In addition, this role is eligible for a quarterly incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 5 or more years of warehouse and/or logistics experience required.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience required.
- Experience effectively leading processes and people
- Must possess knowledge of warehouse, transportation and logistic
