Summary:

As a Fabrication Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and manufacturing processes within the fabrication department. Your role involves managing a team of skilled workers, ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and implementing safety measures in the fabrication facility.

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience proven in fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of fabrication staff, including welders, machinists, fabricators, and other related professionals.
• Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the team meets production targets.
• Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines and delivery requirements. Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to plan and streamline fabrication processes.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of production. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Optimize workflow and suggest technological advancements that can enhance production output.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce and oversee safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the fabrication facility. Conduct regular safety training sessions and ensure adherence to industry standards and guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet production demands.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of production data, including output, quality control metrics, and other relevant information. Generate reports f
