Weekend Option Staff RN - SC LaSalle Behavioral Health, Days

Essential Job Duties: 

1. Performs patient assessments in a systematic and organized manner to provide high quality and safe outcomes. 

1. Provides direction and collaborates with team members to support a healthy work environment. 

1. Analyzes collected data to formulate a plan of care that contributes to high quality and safe outcomes. 

1. Implements a plan of care with measurable criteria consistent with work class performance levels. 

1. Evaluates the plan of care with the patient and family/support system to maintain world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes. 

1. Contributes to a high performance work environment by seeking educational resources that enhance and maintain current knowledge and skills. 

1. Apply for nursing council or committee and be vested on one council at least every 5 years.  80% attendance in person or by phone is required.  Advancements in Clinical Ladder will be reflected in yearly application process and is expected for job performance standards. 

 Secondary Job Duties: 

1. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. 

 

 Minimum Qualifications: 

Education – Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Licensure – Registered Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing. 

Reports to: Reports to and is accountable to the Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager, and/or Director of the area.
