Job Description:

Ensure the safety and security of our nation as a Virtual Operations Technical Targeter Senior Advisor at GDIT. You’ll apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community. Our work depends on a Virtual Operations Technical Targeter joining our team who has at least 8+ years of cyber expertise in the area of operations, analysis and virtual operations to support customer requirements. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

HOW A VIRTUAL OPS TECHNICAL OFFICER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Read and respond to customer communications and identify potential leads by exploiting customer information

• Utilize customer provided tools to correlate and enhance initial leads and coordinating leads with other customer partner organizations

• Possess meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and demonstrate maturity in their work

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Familiarity with good Internet OPSEC

• Ability to learn and manipulate a variety of customer provided data sets with customer provided tools

• Proven in-depth knowledge of computer hardware/software and a strong understanding of computer/internet communications methods

• In-depth understanding of Social Media sites

• Excellent research and writing skills

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Bachelor of Science or better in Computer Science with a minimum of 8+ years as a Technical Targeter

• Chinese Language

• Location: On Customer Site

• TS/SCI with SCI Poly clearance

The likely salary range for this position is $134,597 - $169,522. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
