We are inviting expressions of interest for our Graduate Program (m/f/d) due to commence in September 2024.

• We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact to our organization. In return, during our 1-year programme, you can expect extensive training alongside meaningful on the job learning opportunities.

• Opportunities will be available in Finance, Operations, Audit, Actuarial, Underwriting, and Claims 

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

 

• Completion of a university degree or post-graduate study by October 2024 

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain personal relationships with colleagues, peers, managers, and customers. 

• Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills, as well as the ability to grasp and solve complex issues and present solutions to others effectively.  

• A curious and creative mindset with strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. 

• Good Knowledge of computer skills, including MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 

• Fluent business English is required- local languages for our non-UK roles would be an additional advantage.

• Working Hours: Full-time
