Retail Store Associate

Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry. We are currently looking for Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Tolleson, AZ.

• Starting pay $18 an hour!
• WEEKLY PAYCHECKS!
• COMPANY-PAID BENEFITS AFTER 90 DAYS!
• Day shift - Monday - Friday, some Saturday's

Essential Job Duties:

• Professional and positive customer service-driven approach
• Take credit card and cash payments
• Answer customer questions about supplies, products, & services
• Process customer sales with prompt and courteous customer service
• Follow up with customers in regards to their orders and account
• Additional duties as assigned by manager

Required Skills:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must pass felony background check
• Computer and email skills
• Well organized, plans effectively and prioritizes time according to what matters most
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A positive upbeat personality who focuses on opportunities rather than obstacles
• Ability to manage Outlook appointments and respond to emails in a timely manner
