Position Description:
Are you someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being the welcoming face of an office? We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Reception/Medical Records Clerk to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys a later start to the day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values meaningful work supporting children and families receiving mental health services.

Schedule Options
- Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- OR
- Four 10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday (approximately 9:00/10:00 AM – 7:00/8:00 PM depending on therapist schedules)
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting clients, families, and visitors
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Managing, organizing, and maintaining medical records and confidential documentation
- Filing, scanning, indexing, and uploading records into the electronic health record system
- Completing accurate data entry and maintaining client information databases
- Assisting with record requests, chart preparation, and documentation tracking
- Maintaining organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Assisting clinical staff with administrative and clerical support
- Coordinating communication between providers, clients, and outside agencies
- Maintaining a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment
Requirements

- High School diploma.
- Strong computer, organizational, and data entry skills
