Senior Digital Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant who will help support a broad digital transformation and innovation effort to embed artificial intelligence and automation tools throughout our consulting teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery. 

What You Will Do:

• Build relationships with our consulting service delivery teams
• Gain domain knowledge in what these teams do and how they currently deliver services
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing AI and automation tools to improve current business processes
• Provide data and automation consulting services on projects
• Support the development of MVP solutions to be applied on projects
• Collect requirements for digital solutions
• Collaborate with the Technology Support Team throughout all phases of the product development process to deliver digital solutions
• Conduct change management activities (e.g., training, coaching, documentation) to embed newly developed digital solutions into standard business processes 
• Coordinate innovation activities and solutions across teams 

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

• A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in work experience and training.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the consulting industry

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build working relationships with deeply technical operating teams.
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities, including use of: Pivot Tables, Power Query, and macros.
• Knowledge and working experience with artificial intelligence tools
• Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Experience in the development and delivery of training modules
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Reporting Relationships:

Reports to a VP-level position and may have direct reports.
