Job Title: Experienced Housekeeper

Location: Clearwater, Florida

We are seeking an experienced housekeeper to join our team at our Assisted Living facility in Clearwater, Florida. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for conducting multiple functions throughout assigned areas of our community. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be dedicated to serving seniors, and committed to growing with our family.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain assigned areas of the community, including resident apartments, common areas, and offices

- Ensure that all areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained

- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department

- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed

- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods

- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and procedures

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Positive attitude and dedication to serving seniors
