                                           Head Men’s Soccer Coach

RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE TO POSITION:

• Assist head coach with recruiting; daily team operations and practices; conditioning; game preparation with video editing and scouting; team and game/event management.
• Assist in all administrative tasks associated with recruiting, NCAA compliance, admissions, financial aid, coordination of student housing, meals plans and alumni/fundraising events.
• Meet with prospective student-athletes and families on official and unofficial visits to campus.
• Assist with the coordination of unofficial and official visit schedules for prospective student-athletes.
• Assist as needed with all aspects of team travel.
• Assist coordination of pre-game meals with hotel food service, restaurant, or other necessary reservations.
• Assist with game day promotion, advertising and marketing the program to increase campus and community interest and attendance.
• Assist with end of season banquet and Senior Day Celebration.
• Assist with coordination of team community service projects.
• In conjunction with the coaching staff, establish and implement effective film exchange program for coaching staff.  
• Other duties as assigned by the head men's soccer coach.
