Your home clinic will be provided during the first week of training.  
TRAINING FOR THE Pueblo CLINIC WILL TAKE PLACE IN COLORADO SPRINGS - TEAMMATES WILL BE REIMBURSED FOR MILEAGE.
Our RBT team is the backbone of our ABA program and plays a pivotal role in providing quality service to our clients.

Pay: - $17.50-$21.50/hour based on experience with bonus opportunities each month 

Requirements/Responsibilities:- Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBA®s, focusing on teaching new skills and reducing problem behaviors. - Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients, utilizing visual support, instructions, and reinforcement. - Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, adapting methods as needed. - Collect data on client behaviors and write session notes using a tablet device during direct therapy.- Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure optimal client progress with high treatment integrity. - Collaborate with ABA team members and interdisciplinary service providers for skill mastery and generalization. - Respond to feedback promptly, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Complete clinical documentation accurately and promptly to facilitate effective client care. - Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments under BCBA® supervision. - Collaborate with the treatment team, including clients, parents, caregivers, professionals, BCBA®, Lead Behavior Technicians, ABA Interns, and co-workers. - Maintain and acquire technical knowledge through required training. - Obtain Crisis Management training (e.g., Safety Care) certification or express willingness to do so.

Applicants must be able to:- HAVE FUN! - Engage effectively with children. - Demonstrate empathy and understanding. - Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals. - Maintain a positive and supportive demeanor. 

Applicants will also be expected to be able to engage in activities such as kneeling, squatting, transitioning between standing and floor positions, bending, stooping, lifting up to 50lbs, executing lateral and backward pivots or shuffles, running distances up to 100ft, and standing for at least 15 minutes.  Prior experience in one of the following roles/fields is highly desirable: RBT/BT, paraprofessional, customer service, teacher/teaching assistant, and food and beverage.
