The CRM Technical Architect is responsible for designing a robust global CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution for Cision and its entities. This role involves leveraging expertise in Salesforce platform and applications to establish a long-term roadmap for consolidating instances worldwide. The architect will ensure an optimal technical design, eliminating technical dept and ensuring efficiency.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Engages in close collaboration with both IT and Business teams to establish a holistic and forward-thinking quote to cash roadmap and strategy for long-term success. 
• Designs data and process integrations that seamlessly connect upstream and downstream processes.
• Takes the lead in scoping major projects to ensure their successful execution.
• Provides recommendations for module and feature adoption to enhance quote to cash system’s functionality.
• Advise on the most effective strategy for consolidating global Salesforce instances to optimize efficiency and streamline operations. 

Minimum Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science (or BA in relevant field) 
• 12+ years with Salesforce technology experience 
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of theories, concepts and practices and ability to use in complex, difficult and/or unprecedented situations.
• Experience with Software, Technology, and/or Marketing Solutions industries are desired.
