Schell Brothers is looking for outgoing, energetic, and happy candidates who want to join our Special Projects Team, to help bring to life our beautiful community Clubhouses and Amenities. We are collecting resumes for Special Projects Architectural Coordinator positions.

· This is a Full Time Position
· Manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
· Meet with a team to collaborate design options
· Coordinate with Architects, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, and MEP Consultants
· Coordinate with Trade Partners
· Assist in preparation in Architectural Design
· Assist in preparation of Construction Drawings
· Assist in preparation of Take-offs and Estimates
· Assist Construction Coordination
· Coordinate documentation for Approvals and Permitting
Requirements
· Experience in Commercial Construction
· Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is Highly Desired
· Proficient in Excel
· Excellent Math Skills
· Excellent negotiating skills
· Experience with developing Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections and Details
· Knowledge of Building Codes
· Positive and caring attitude
· Outgoing, professional demeanor
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Must be able to collaborate with other Team Members
· Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest
· Ability to prioritize tasks
· Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
· Personable and polite, with excellent people skills
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in similar positions.
