The InfoSec Human-Centric Cybersecurity (HCC) team is looking for a Cybersecurity Creative Services Pillar Lead to help us influence the way people operate using creative content to positively change human behavior, reduce the risk landscape, and instill a cybersecurity mindset. This role will be responsible for driving the vision and mission of the HCC program as well as the day-to-day operations of the Awareness Campaigns, Comms, and Creative pillar. The ideal candidate will: · Have prior experience leading a large-scale cybersecurity training and awareness program. · Raise the bar continually for creating content that connects with a target audience and drives engagement and action utilizing key theories and practices. · Comprehensive knowledge of current theories and principles applicable to awareness and training to drive behavioral change around the human control. · Be familiar with business requirements gathering and assessment, competitive analysis, and secondary research. · Possess a strong tendency towards visual thinking – using techniques like storyboards and sketching – to communicate interaction design concepts. · Have stellar interaction skills (history of deploying successful campaigns, content across modalities, and driving engagement). · Be meticulous, think critically, and provide simple and creative solutions to complex problems while accounting for technical and business constraints. · Possess excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business. Work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing accuracy and quality. · Maintain a constant drive to stay current with the latest industry news and developments. · Have excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. · Have an inclusive design philosophy with a strong editorial sense. You gather feedback judiciously, know when to adjust your designs and when to follow your initial vision. · Have a passion for well-written, informative, and easy-to-grasp instructional text. What you will do... · Be the focal point for the Cybersecurity Creative Services Pillar to drive the program vision, mission, maturity, and return-on-investment. · Work with subject matter experts to develop creative and compelling content to drive action. · Create content that effectively describes and promotes the team’s vision and mission – including announcements, infographics, articles, blogs, or other content to be used across multiple channels to drive desired action. · Author short comics, videos, internal articles, awareness campaigns, quizzes, internal social media posts, and other channels as required. · Proofread and edit internal content and other communications. · Assist in the development of the overarching team strategy and program maturity with an eye toward digital and innovative approaches. · Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive material. · Additional communications and administrative/coordination work as required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communications, or related field, and four years of experience with digital content creation OR master’s degree and three years digital content experience. · Proficient in content creation tools (such as Adobe Experience Manager, Illustrator, and Animate, SharePoint, HTML/CSS, etc.) · Keen eye for detail, spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills along with creative sensibility. · Solid understanding of graphic design and typography, and solid understanding of following corporate brand guidelines. · Ability to write brief, persuasive, on-task text that keeps users engaged, reduces errors and confusion, and drives action. · Familiarity with accessibility standards and how to write for screen readers. · Ability to manage tasks independently and work in a team environment. · Writing and editing experience in AP Style.
