Senior Business Operations Analyst (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite per week)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior BizOps Analyst to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive strategic initiatives, analyze complex data sets, and provide actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and business performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making at the organizational level.
The impact you'll make:
- Lead and support key projects, tracking progress and outcomes, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Breakdown the projects at hand appropriately into individual tasks and ensure task delegation is thorough without constant guidance
- Partner with teams in Sales, Marketing, Product, and EPD to gather insights and support business initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions. Build consensus and resolve conflicts between different stakeholders .
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within various departments.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic planning and identify new opportunities for the company.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance metrics, market trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to inform business decisions and drive initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders across the organization.
What you've accomplished:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field, with a focus on analytical roles in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor team members, with a focus on fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Proven ability to identify problems and develop creative, data-driven solutions.
- Highly motivated and independent self starter, who can navigate ambiguity and thrive in fast paced environments
The base pay range for this position is $87,208.00 - $104,502.00 per year
