What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing a warm, welcoming experience for every client—whether in person or over the phone
- Scheduling appointments, confirming visits, and keeping records up to date and organized
- Communicating clearly with pet parents and helping them understand treatment plans and invoices
- Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-stocked front desk and lobby
- Managing patient check-ins and admissions, ensuring accurate information is collected
- Assisting with day-to-day operations like handling mail, reports, and referral communications
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in a veterinary or human medical office preferred
- Confidence with basic office tech: phones, credit card terminals, faxes, and spreadsheets
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and a desire to keep learning
- Strong multitasking skills, sound judgment, and a calm, solutions-focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a naturally empathetic approach to client service
- Ability to sit for extended periods, stay organized, and work as part of a supportive, collaborative team
