Business Analytics Partner - MIV Project Analyst

Position:  Business Analytics Partner – MIV Project Analyst (Greenwood, Indiana)
Position Description & Responsibilities:

•    Review and analyze technical project data, verify accuracy of technical information in various sources such as SAP, Salesforce, project datasheets, drawings, purchase orders and report any inconsistencies to the project team. 
•    Collect, clean and manipulate large sets of raw project data by utilizing various business platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Business Analytics Platform(BAP) and Business warehouse(BW) on Main Instrument Vendor(MIV) projects.
•    Create and compare data models using key performance metrics utilizing query designer. 
•    Determine appropriate methods of data analysis for reporting purposes utilizing coding programs ex.  VBA programming, Python, SAP scripts etc.)
•    Create and prepare graphics and visual representations of the information using tools such as SAP Analytics cloud, Excel etc.
•    Identify any factors affecting the project performance metrics and analyze trends in project data and recommend data driven solution to the project team.
•    Present analytical reports and dashboard for Main instrument vendor (MIV) projects including key performance metrics, progress reporting, and data trends over time to management and steering Committee.
•    Generate and update processes for both existing and new reports adhering to company’s quality compliance to ISO 9001.
•    Utilize Main Instrument Vendor (MIV project process, products, and services offerings and overall project lifecycles
•    Use LEAN processes and Kaizen principles
•    Work within ERP and CRM systems
•    Utilize analytics cloud-based applications, various coding languages and data bases to perform automation 
•    Handle confidential information
•    Communicate well verbally and in writing and demonstrate sound business judgment.

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer engineering, or information engineering.  24 months experience as a data analyst, data scientist, business intelligence analyst, or project and solutions analyst required.

Travel:  May travel 5% US and internationally.
