CRM Intern within Retail Management

NAME IT is BESTSELLER’s fastest growing brand and retail is no exception. We currently have 170 stores across Europe, and we operate with both our own stores and Partner stores. We expect to open 1 store a week in the next couple of years.  

THE TEAM AT NAME IT
You will join the Retail Team that is dedicated to continuously develop NAME IT’s presence in the retail universe. We are a small, but dedicated and agile team where everyone gets a vote in most matters. We value communication, openness, and ambition, so if you are not afraid of a challenge, you will fit right in the team. 

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM
We will introduce you to various aspects of running a profitable retail chain such as creating business cases for new stores and markets, get insights into buying budgets or get to learn about the impact of mark down strategies. 

From day 1, you will be given the opportunity to own different projects such as improving our staff communication app. This can include tasks like:

• In close cooperation with our front staff, develop new features and content
• Be the point of contact in all matters regarding the app
• Identify and share best practices
• Monitor the App Activity & Develop Action Plans

Other tasks can focus on maintaining and improving our digital presence such as Google or Facebook. Here, you will oversee our platform “Localistico” that centralizes all our stores online data. Among others, task here can include: 

• Creating, Maintaining & Improving the Store Data on the platform
• Keeping track of the stores KPIs on online visibility & interaction
• Working closely with the front staff to improve our stores online presence 

You will in these initiatives be able to track performance measured on various parameters and thereby have full visibility on your own impact.

A RETAIL ENTHUSIAST WITH AMBITIONS
We are looking for an ambitious individual that is eager to get some real-life experience. You are result oriented, persistent and have great communication skills. The ideal candidate also has a high level of energy, the drive to make a difference and a great sense of humor. 

We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Enrolled in the Commercial & Retail Management Masters programme on Aarhus University
• A team player with a competitive mindset and great communication skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
