Lead Anesthesia Technicians are responsible for the following:
Assists in management functions within the department as assigned
- Assists with staffing plan to assure adequate coverage for daily operations
- Assists with coordination of regular team meetings and ongoing communication and status updates related to departmental projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Participates in leadership team meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Lead Anesthesia Technicians are responsible for facilitating the daily activities of the anesthesia department including daily shift staffing plans. Performs various technical and supportive duties under the supervision of anesthesia personnel. Maintains each OR site with appropriate anesthesia machines, drugs, and supplies; monitors patient equipment and cleans and disinfects routine anesthesia workstations and equipment. Assists anesthesia personnel as needed to provide efficient and safe patient care.
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma required
- ASATT certification or equivalent experience is preferred
- 2-3 years of experience as an Anesthesia Tech

Salary Range
$21.17 to $30.16The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
