Responsibilities:

• Possesses a solid understanding of core computer science principles and applies hands-on experience in areas such as penetration testing, ethical hacking, and reverse engineering to guide research and analysis of software, hardware, network components, security protocols, and cloud-based services.
• Specializes in cyber-enabled platforms, particularly those involving automated video analysis, biometric verification, and identity management systems.
• Demonstrates proficiency in a wide range of programming languages and tools (e.g., C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Microsoft .NET, LINQ, gRPC), communication protocols (e.g., WS-Biometric Devices, RTP/RTSP, WebRTC, HTTPS Live Streaming), and database systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Experienced in working with web services (RESTful and SOAP APIs), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCS), and network infrastructure (e.g., routers, switches, web/database/mail/DNS/proxy servers, IDS/IPS, firewalls, DMZs).
• Familiar with modern product development practices and tools, including Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Jira, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledgeable in machine learning and deep learning development, including the use of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Understands the computational requirements and limitations of AI applications in computer vision, big data analysis, and other complex tasks requiring advanced intelligence capabilities.

Requirements:

• Experience with programming languages and tools C++, C#, Java, Javascript, Microsoft.NET, LinQ, gRPC
• Experience with web services, RESTful and SOAP API, cloud services AWS, Azure, GCSand network components 
• Experience with product development tools and concepts, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Jira, Agile, DevOps and CI/CD
• Experience with database management systems, Oracle, MySQL, Postgre SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
• Experience with reverse engineering and software development to guide research and analysis of software, hardware, networks components, security protocols, and cloud-based services. 

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Poly

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Years of Experience:  10 years relevant experience

Preferred:  

• Familiarity with machine and deep learning development practices, frameworks/libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), employment, computing requirements and limitations when applied to computer vision, big data analysis and other complex tasks demanding Artificial Intelligence-l
