Backed by our founders' successful exits from two previous ventures acquired for a combined $180M in 2022, we are committed to ensuring that the groundbreaking technologies we develop will have a real-world impact.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong><strong> </strong></p> <p>Allen Control Systems is seeking a highly skilled <strong>CNC Machinist</strong> to support prototyping, manufacturing, and assembly. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to innovative production processes in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other multi-axis machines to manufacture complex parts according to engineering drawings and blueprints.</li> <li>Program CNC machines using G-code, CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360), or manual programming for prototypes and production runs.</li> <li>Read and interpret technical drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), to ensure parts meet precise tolerances.</li> <li>Perform routine maintenance, tool changes, and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime and optimize performance.</li> <li>Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs) and document quality results for compliance.</li> <li>Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and quality teams to refine processes, reduce waste, and improve cycle times.</li> <li>Adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with lean manufacturing principles.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a CNC machining apprenticeship or vocational program preferred.</li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 5 years of CNC mill and lathe programming experience</li> <li>Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and operation of mills and lathes.</li> <li>Proficienc
