You and Your Job

As an AVP, Finance Data & Reporting Specialist, you will be successful by collaboratively leading initiatives that streamline Finance operations across North America by delivering data-driven solutions.

This professional will be tasked with defining, reporting on or otherwise developing new structures for automated business intelligence in ways that will assist North America Finance departments in streamlining their processes and decision making. Report writing can be a significant component of this role. This position will utilize tools like Power BI and work with teams of Data Warehouse developers and with the North America Data Product lead.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting - Captures requirements and builds business cases for development of automated reporting solutions or partner with Product Owner in establishing appropriate prioritization of Data Warehouse backlog items.

  • Continuous Improvement - Deliver process improvements and automation solutions in partnership with business stakeholders following the principles of Lean Six Sigma.

  • Stakeholder Management - Manage and liaise with a variety of stakeholders such as data engineers, product teams, data stewards and department managers.

  • Data and Business Analysis – Conduct research and analysis on datasets and business processes alike to produce context and understanding that can be translated into opportunities for improvement.

  • Data Quality and Governance – Support Rabobank’s global data management program including Data Issue Management, Data Quality Monitoring and Data Stewardship. Provide tools and insights to identify, scope and mitigate data issues.

Your Promise to Us:

To be considered for the AVP, Finance Data & Reporting Specialist role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • Experience working with report and query languages (e.g. SQL, DAX)

  • Experience working with reporting platforms (e.g. Power BI)

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.  Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
