About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager that will be responsible for discovering, planning and executing on the end customer product (B2C). This translates into leading initiatives that focus on customer innovation, optimize for conversions and enhance the user experience.
You will define the product strategy and roadmap for your area of expertise, serve as the point of contact for the engineering and design teams throughout the development cycle, and individually contribute to implement key projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for using data to define what matters to customers, identifying patterns and opportunities for improving the user journey.
You will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders, both external and internal, and appropriately incorporate their input, and leverage qualitative and quantitative research into your strategy.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an attention to detail, and a proven record in leading complex SaaS products. Most importantly, you must be obsessed with creating customer value.
What you’ll do here:
- Think client first. Own your team roadmap, the content, implementation, and communication to all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a source of knowledge and expertise when discussing impact and scope surrounding roadmap initiatives.
- Prioritize and choose high-value ROI initiatives for future adoption.
- Measure the product’s success and business impact by defining and assessing KPIs.
- Conduct experiments to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Perform customer interviews and market assessments.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on product management experience.
- Experience with B2C products.
- Experience with conducting A/B testing experiments.
- Experience working with engineering teams and design members to ensure the solutions defined are solving the right problem.
- A strong belief in customer centric product development and leveraging data to make decisions.
- Experience in sizing opportunities and translating them into products, features and processes that deliver value.
- Be comfortable with a fast-paced, demanding environment.
