As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for all resources, logistics required to perform services, managing customer relationships, and driving daily activities with key customers'. You will manage financial activities, direct engineering support, led business improvement opportunities regarding products, processes, and procedures.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.

• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars

• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon

• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries

• Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements

• Being the primary contact for clients for job preparation and managing the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes.

• Being familiar with the assigned client’s process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives (examples clients asking for Baker Hughes to operate outside of product specifications, client asking Baker Hughes to execute work in way that is not aligned with the Baker Hughes)

• Prompting escalation of issues that can impact service delivery and ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash

To be successful in this role you will:

Requirements:

• Have a related education or 5-yrs equivalent experience in Chemicals/Service and Delivery Oil & Gas

• Experienced in leading small teams to deliver outcomes at a fast pace/ high pressure environment.

• Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead small teams

• Ability to manage multiple project and deadlines

• Successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems.
