Fleet is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with satellite offices in Seattle, WA and Arlington, VA.</span></p><p><br/></p><p dir="ltr"><u><b><strong>Position Overview:</strong></b></u><br/><span>As the Senior Design Manager / Document Controller will oversee the design coordination, documentation, and compliance of all data center design disciplines on high-performance, scalable, and sustainable data centers. This role involves managing design processes, ensuring accurate documentation is being delivered, creating new processes and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, efficient systems that power large-scale data center operations across multiple regions.</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span>Candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, design delivery schedule, design meetings, and all engineering deliverables.</span></p><p><br/></p><p dir="ltr"><u><b><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></b></u></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><span>Lead and manage design team meetings for data center project delivery.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Conduct and coordinate design reviews to ensure compliance with specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Monitor design phase milestones, ensuring timely delivery of design packages and coordination with project schedules.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Set up and manage documentation flow throughout project lifecycle.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Review all documentation being issued by design team.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Develop and set standards for engineering document control.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Develop and refine design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency for all disciplines across all data centers.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Maintain document control systems: utilize document management platforms (e.g., Procore, Aconex) to organize, track, and update documents, ensuring version control and accessibility for project stakeholders.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Ensure Compliance and Standards -verify that all documentation adheres to industry standards.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Collaborate with construction, and operations teams to collect, review, and distribute technical documents, facilitating seamless communication and project alignment.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Monitor document submission and approval timelines, providing regular updates to project team and ensuring milestones are met and delays are minimized.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Prepare and organize documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring traceability and readiness for compliance reviews.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Manage revisions and updates to documents, ensuring all changes are accurately recorded, communicated, and incorporated into project workflows.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Identify and implement improvements in document control procedures to enhance accuracy, accessibility, and efficiency in data center project delivery.</span></li></ul><p><br/></p><p dir="ltr"><u><b><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></b></u></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><b><strong>Education:</strong></b><span> </span><span>Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><b><strong>8+ years of experience</strong></b><span> in document control, with at least 5 years in mission critical projects and 3 years with design management.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Extensive experience with project management document management software (Procore, Aconex, AutoDesk Docs, Smartheets etc.)</span></li><li dir="ltr"><b><strong>Communication:</strong></b><span> Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate simple technical and complex nontechnical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><b><strong>Attention to details </strong></b><span>in order to maintain high quality standards.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><b><strong>S
