As a valued member of our PRN nursing team, you will:

• Conduct thorough and efficient patient assessments, both initially and ongoing, to pinpoint nursing priorities and desired outcomes.
• Meticulously document patient data to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.
• Collaborate seamlessly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient management.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, providing critical treatment when needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all care provided.
• Champion and uphold the highest standards of patient safety in every aspect of your work.
• Communicate openly and effectively with the entire healthcare team regarding patient status, care plans, and strategies to meet patient needs and enhance satisfaction.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with at least one year of relevant experience and training. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
• A current and unrestricted Colorado RN License – your key to providing essential care!
• Essential certifications including Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). (Don't have them all yet? Let's discuss!)
• The ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs and unit demands.
