We see our people as, well, people - with interests, families, friends, dreams, and causes that are all important to them. Our focus is on the health and safety of our teammates as well as work-life balance and diversity and inclusion. From generous benefits to a variety of employee resource groups, we strive to build paths that encourage employees to stretch themselves professionally. We want to help you grow, develop, and learn new things. You’re constantly evolving, so shouldn’t your opportunities be, too?

Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.
The Opportunity

Ally is building a Product Management Community of Practice to raise the bar on how product management is performed across the enterprise. This leadership role leads that effort — setting the standards, building the community, and driving consistent, high-quality product practice across 100+ PMs spanning every line of business. This is not a support function. It carries real organizational authority: over how the PM role is defined, how PMs are hired and leveled, and which frameworks and processes the enterprise adopts. The right person has deep product management experience, strong convictions about what great looks like, and the credibility and influence to move a large, complex organization.
The Work Itself
- Define and maintain enterprise-wide PM role standards, including role levels, competency expectations, and performance criteria
- Hold meaningful input into PM hiring and leveling decisions across business lines to ensure consistency and quality
- Mandate and drive adoption of shared product frameworks, tools, and processe
