Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel, the area’s #1 volume dealership, is looking for a highly motivated individual to identify service customers with equity in their vehicle using data mining tools and working in the Service Drive. The Vehicle Exchange Specialist will review daily service appointments, identify eligible service customers, explain their equity position and offer a free vehicle appraisal.

The Vehicle Exchange Specialist will analyze equity positions and present the opportunity to upgrade to a newer vehicle through replacement programs. As a member of the Sales Team, the Vehicle Exchange Specialist / Service-to-Sales Representative will provide an exceptional customer trade-in and purchasing experience. 

Who are we looking for?

• Experience using data mining tools such as Auto Alert, Automotive Mastermind, VinSolutions, etc.
• Ability to analyze data and determine equity value.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency.
• Friendly, professional attitude and demeanor.
