This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with APIs, cloud services, and workflow automation to drive efficiency and reduce manual processes.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Design, build, and maintain <strong>automation workflows</strong> across IT systems and SaaS platforms</li> <li>Develop integrations between <strong>Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace</strong>, and other tools using APIs</li> <li>Automate operational processes such as <strong>user lifecycle management, notifications, data synchronization, and access workflows</strong></li> <li>Implement secure and reliable automations with <strong>logging, monitoring, and error handling</strong></li> <li>Continuously optimize processes to <strong>reduce manual effort and improve efficiency</strong></li> <li>Collaborate with <strong>IT, Security, and business teams</strong> to deliver automation solutions</li> <li>Create and maintain clear <strong>documentation for workflows, scripts, and integrations</strong></li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>3+ years of hands-on experience in <strong>automation, scripting, or IT infrastructure</strong> in enterprise environments</li> <li>Strong experience with: <ul data-spread="false"> <li><strong>Microsoft Entra ID & Microsoft 365 ecosystem</strong></li> <li><strong>Google Workspace (basic administration)</strong></li> </ul> </li> <li>Hands-on experience with: <ul data-spread="false"> <li><st
