Responsibilities, include, but not limited to

• Remove snow safely and efficiently from commercial properties including but not limited to multi-family locations, parking lots, and the exteriors of high trafficked facilities by operating a Plow Truck.
• Oversee and supervise a team to clear roadways, loading areas, docks, parking lots, among others in winter conditions including snow, snow/rain mix, extreme weather and temperatures
• Supervise a team to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic during snow season
• Report to assigned branch, or location within time frame given
• Be on call during the winter months for all snow and ice events
• May assist during a snow and ice event with by operating other snow or salt spreading equipment
• Ensures work is being conducted in a safe manner, and maintains work areas safe for the employee, the customer, public and the environment.
• Perform at a high and safe level of productivity

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience supervising a team in snow site removal
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass driver's background check
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months
• Able to handle the physical demands of the position
• Be punctual and reliable
• Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
• Accountability to themselves and to their team
• Be someone others want to work with
