About the role
What you will do:
- Own global cash management activities including cash positioning, forecasting, and funding by working closely with the global finance team and ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs
- Manage the banking relationship on a Global basis
- Leading the treasury process automation projects
- Manage bank account administration, including opening and closing bank accounts, maintaining bank signer records, and serving as a bank portal administrator
- Partner closely with AP, Payroll and Tax Teams to manage cash disbursements on a timely basis globally
- Manage day-to-day global cash and liquidity operations including cash positioning for global entities, FX settlements and intercompany funding
- Preparation and presentation of certain cash position & forecast reporting to the Executive team
- Experience in operational and SOX controls and ensuring that all treasury related accounting, financial reporting, audit, and SOX deliverables are addressed on time
What you will bring to Coupa:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in Accounting and/or Finance, along with 8+ years of global treasury operations experience
- Experience with working US and international banks
- Experience in treasury process automations via leveraging technology
- Experience and comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Strong knowledge of cash management, banking, and accounting
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational and time management skills
- People Leadership experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Detail oriented and ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- It would be a plus to have NetSuite and Coupa prosystem experiences
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines
- Flexible in working with the team members in different time zones
- Self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Have a sense of urgency to anticipate busy schedules
• Based in California: $151,300 - 178,000
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
