KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The KLA Sales Operations Team are looking for a multifaceted individual who can communicate effectively across various functional areas and has excellent hands-on problem-solving, and analytical skills. This person will elevate the operational efficiency and data management in Sales Operations

• Assist with maintenance of bookings snapshot. Making updates as needed on a weekly basis.

• Work with related departments to accurately fill out new customer add forms.

• Assist field with getting Non-Disclosure Agreements filled out. Work with legal and sales teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Work with Corporate Contracts Manager to seek divisional approval for non-standard terms and conditions in accordance with Corporate Bookings Policy.

• Reconcile bookings dollars in snapshot to SAP and Caerus.

• Input RMA’s into SAP and help them through the various stages until shipment.

• Assist team members with various quarter end close activities. Concentrated support and work dedication during peak activities, such as at the end of corporate fiscal periods.

• Participate in weekly divisional meetings pertaining to order status, forecast, and order review.

• Upload documents to SharePoint site for order submission package to corporate OA.

• Work directly with customers and field inquiries. Help with customer configurations by acquiring product knowledge

• Assist with quote requests, quote changes, adjustments and cancellations from Field Sales, Divisional Sales, Master Schedulers and Program Managers. Submit requests to Corporate OA for order processing as needed.

• Pro-active, energetic and performance driven mind-set with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Work on complex problems where analysis of a situation or data requires and in-depth evaluation of various factors. Needs to be able to react quickly in a fast-past environment.

• Able to work independently and also has a willingness to work cross-functionally with other members of the division.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years

Base Pay Range: $75,600.00 - $128,500.00 Annually
