The HR team is located in different locations within the Business Group. HR's responsibility is to support the organization to contribute to success in our strategy. This includes ensuring that we have processes that maintain the working environment, talent development and recruitment that meet our future need for expertise. The workplace for this position is in our HQ in Oslo or Paris and you will be reporting to VP Human Resources in the Generation & Transmission Business Group.

You will lead, innovate, and shape the team's objectives, work processes, and strategy from day one. How you make an impact
Your responsibilities will include designing and driving HR analytics and dashboards across G&T BG globally to report on and coordinate data on headcount, training, compensation, benefits, absence, etc. This will help scale, improve, and add efficiency to our current programs and cyclical processes. Additionally, you will be facilitating workforce planning and strategy, collaborating closely with key stakeholders, delivering monthly updates to the management team, addressing capacity, capability, and specific business needs, aligning the workforce strategy with mid and long-term planning scenarios, overseeing recruitment and employee development planning to ensure alignment with the strategy, and providing vital scenario analyses, headcount reporting, forecasting. You will also proactively evaluate and implement workforce tools and technology to support strategic planning.
Your starting point
- Junior-intermediate up to 10 years of experience in a similar role or capacity within a large project EPCI organization (or similar project organization).
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Competence in Excel, Primavera and Power BI, and other workforce planning tools and technologies.
- Self-starter- able to connect with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Enjoys working in a team and individually
- Fluent in English, – oral and written.
