®    Provide high-level, personalized IT support to Senior Leadership, ensuring their digital assets are always functioning optimally.

®    Manage and maintain confidentiality and security of all digital assets.

®    Offer training and assistance on new technologies and digital tools.

®    Ensure quick resolution of any technical issues that may arise with digital assets.

®    Coordinate with IT teams to implement upgrades and updates to digital systems.

®    Oversee the setup and readiness of conference rooms and team rooms for meetings and events.

®    Provide technical support for audiovisual equipment, connectivity, and other conference room technologies.

®    Coordinate with event planners to understand specific requirements and ensure they are met.

®    Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the rooms before and after use.

®    Serve as the first point of contact for any support requests from Senior Leadership or event coordinators.

®    Maintain an inventory of all equipment and supplies needed for the smooth operation of digital assets and conference facilities.
