HR Generalist - US

Sycurio is seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused HR Generalist to join our growing HR team and play a critical role in delivering reliable, compliant, and high-quality HR support across the US, UK, and India.

You will own and manage the day-to-day people operations - onboarding, employee documentation, HRIS upkeep, benefits coordination, and compliance tracking — ensuring that the operational backbone of our HR function is strong and scalable.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing the work properly, values systems and accuracy, and understands that great HR is built on precision and follow-through, not just ideas.

This is not a strategy-first or HRBP role. We are looking for a trusted executor who delivers consistently and professionally, with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration & Operations

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for employees in the US, UK, and India, ensuring all documentation, system access, and compliance needs are met
• Maintain and update employee records and documentation within the HRIS and shared systems
• Draft offer letters, contracts, and employment-related documentation across jurisdictions
• Support payroll processing with accurate input tracking (e.g. time off, changes, bonuses)
• Own day-to-day policy and compliance recordkeeping (e.g. I-9s, EEO tracking, local reporting needs)

Employee Lifecycle Support

• Be the first point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, or procedures
• Coordinate benefit enrolments, leave tracking, and documentation flow
• Ensure all employee lifecycle touchpoints are tracked, scheduled, and completed (e.g. reviews, probation periods)

HR Systems & Reporting

• Ensure all employee data is accurate and up to date across platforms (HRIS, spreadsheets, docs)
• Prepare regular reports for headcount, attrition, leave, and compliance audits
• Document, track, and help enforce internal HR processes and workflows

Key qualifications, skills, experience:

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, Coordinator, or People Operations role
• Proven ability to manage detailed administrative work, especially across HRIS and documentation
• Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, UK and India onboarding basics (we will support learning)
• Strong understanding of US employment compliance (I-9s, W-4s, EEO, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with BambooHR (desired)

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field preferred
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or progress toward a professional certification is a strong plus
