Responsibilities:
1. Lead the strategy, development, and launch of innovative tooling products for TikTok LIVE, aligning with the company's vision and user needs for the TikTok LIVE tool;
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data analytics, and marketing, to ensure successful product outcomes from concept to deployment;
3. Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements;
4. Define and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions for future enhancements;
5. Engage with the creator community to understand their needs and challenges, translating insights into product features that enhance their live streaming experience;
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure TikTok LIVE maintains its leadership position in live broadcasting technology.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, Business, or related field;
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the tech, social media, or live streaming sectors;
3. Demonstrated success in launching and scaling high-impact products, with a strong understanding of the live streaming ecosystem;
4. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive vision, alignment, and execution across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making;
2. Creativity and passion for creating engaging user experiences, with a user-centric mindset;
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and positive environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165000 - $279900 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
