Senior Product Designer, Design System

The GMPT Design Systems team builds Keystone, TikTok Monetization’s robust and award-winning design system. Our mission is to elevate design quality and accelerate productivity across products serving Advertisers, Creators, and end users — ultimately driving business growth and helping users achieve ambitious goals.



We define and deliver the core foundations of design: color, typography, icons, illustrations, components, patterns, and guidelines. These foundations support visual, interaction, creative, and motion design across all monetization surfaces. Our work ensures that every product experience is delightful, effective, and globally trusted.

To maximize impact, we go beyond building the system — we empower teams to use it effectively through education sessions, online courses, and ongoing hands-on support.



In this role, you will:

- Shape the vision, roadmap, and governance of the Keystone Design System to ensure it meets evolving product and organizational needs.

- Design scalable, accessible, and reusable components and patterns that support consistency and usability across TikTok Monetization products.

- Build and maintain well-structured, high-quality Figma libraries with tokens, components, and design assets that empower product teams to work efficiently.

- Clearly articulate design decisions, create usage guidelines, and contribute to educational materials to promote effective system adoption across teams.

- Apply systems thinking to real-world product challenges, and partner with product designers to ensure design system solutions are user-centered and business-aligned.

- Work closely with engineers, content designers, and product designers to ensure the system is practical, technically feasible, and widely adopted.

- Leverage data insights and research to iterate and refine the system, driving key business metrics and optimizing user impact.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into the design systems.
