Associate Account Executive - Entry Level

Job Description

JOB DUTIES

• Assists the Account Management team in the design and implementation of complex direct marketing program.
• Assists the members of the Account Management team with the development and maintenance of project open issues logs, project timelines, monthly reporting, and status reports.
• Works with internal team resources, such as Print Production, Creative, Brand Account Teams, Operations Team, and Data to initiate/execute programs, resolve issues and clarify requirements.
• Review creative materials throughout the development process to ensure the proper integration and accuracy of content prior to execution.
• Assist in obtaining both internal and external approvals of creative materials.
• Assist in managing client and client expectations.
• Executes monthly program changes and owns small to medium projects.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of project/account management experience in the marketing retail field, automotive client preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field or commensurate experience.
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of management, teams, clients, and vendors.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize tasks.
• Desire to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Understands and able to apply basic project management principals.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Performs effectively under short deadlines.
• Ability to assign priorities and meet delivery dates.
• Work collaboratively, emphasizing teamwork, diversity and knowledge sharing both within Epsilon and with external business partners.
• Analytical ability to resolve/clarify program related issues.
• Detail oriented for documentation of processes and effective follow-up.
• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Experience with Proof HQ is a plus.
