ABOUT

Our HR Talent Management team is looking for your support earliest from September 2024. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

/ You will support activities and projects within Talent management, Leadership, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee satisfaction and New Ways of Working 
/ You will take own responsibility for drafting new concepts and carrying out sub-projects (as needed by the team), including conceptualizing the idea, involving key stakeholders, preparing the roll-out and communication
/ You will collect information, prepare and present presentations for meetings, events and internal communications
 

YOUR SKILLS

/  You are currently a university student in a relevant field with first experiences and knowledge about HR strategy and talent management
/ You are a positive team player with good communication skills, interested in collaborating with colleagues from different brands and nationalities 
/ You have good MS Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
/ You have very good English language skills (German is a plus but not a must)
