That’s why we need you, an experienced financial analyst who can help support a team in navigating the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern the complex project controls process for our clients.

As a Project Controls Analyst on our team, you’ll support financial analysis, risk mitigation, and revenue reporting for full contract life cycle support. You’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to build an actionable plan that meets all client requirements for financial management and reporting in a timely and seamless manner. As a Project Controls Analyst, you’ll leverage your government contract experience working in a demanding and fast-paced environment to help your client execute against well-formed contract requirements. You will help ensure the project controls process runs efficiently through your team’s consistent tracking and communication with all stakeholders.

You Have: 

• Experience with financial management or working in a program control environment

• Experience with using Microsoft Excel

• Ability to be a team player, work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Knowledge of basic Fixed Assets accounting principles and product-based accounting

• Ability to identify program risks, assist with associated mitigation plans, and assist with identifying and prioritizing requirements 

• Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources, summarize it, and read and interpret contractual requirements 

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
