Compensation We Offer
- The initial compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 - $25.83 per hour.
- Salary is dependent on commensurate experience above the minimum qualifications for the role and internal equity considerations.
- The salary may also vary if you reside in a different location than the location posted.

Who We Serve
Pacific Clinics serves children, transitional age youth, families, adults, and older adults. We offer a full range of mental and behavioral health services, foster care and social services, housing, continuing adult education and early childhood education programs to Medi-Cal eligible individuals and families throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Orange, Placer, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Solano, Stanislaus, Stockton, Tulare and Ventura Counties.
JOB SUMMARY
Works within the vision, mission and philosophy of the agency and under direct supervision, develops resources that support the needs of young people, families, and adults receiving agency services. Inspires and secures community engagement in therapeutic and strength-based opportunities to enhance or create innovative mental health programs. Maintains community relationships and sponsored supports and works to increase staff skills in accessing and utilizing community resources and expertise. Promote independence from formal systems of care for youth, families and individuals by increasing natural and community supports, utilizing a Recovery Model focus as appropriate.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Develops and maintains linkages and relationships with community resources that support the individualized needs of youth, families, and adults (e.g., foundations, churches, neighborhood groups, and grassroots organizations).
2. Assesses the needs of the community and the available programs and services designed to support youth,families, and adults.
3. Facilitates regional work groups that support comprehensive identification and linkage to community resources to meet youth, family, and adult needs.
4. Works actively with regional program’s leadership to develop and implment strategies for outreach and to engage potential clients. This may involve attending community events, providing program presentations and other activities to educate the community of the agency's services.
5. Maintains proper documentation of all relevant completed presentations, trainings, and community engagement/networking.
6. Attends program meetings to learn of program and customer needs and to provide community resources.
7. Identifies, solicits and obtains targeted resources that meet the individualized needs of youth, families, and adults.
8. Develops and maintains databases and resource boards with agency and community resources to support individualized planning.
9. Develops and implements educational and awareness activities aimed at promoting community involvement and resource access.
10. Plans, coordinates, facilitates and publicizes internal and external special events that support youth and families in experiencing connection to their community. This will include participating in events where the agency is represented and outreach is conducted.
11. Assists in the development, implementation and coordination of projects.
12. Collaborates with leadership and/or staff to identify and provide relevant training and/or presentations from various agencies in the community
