The Position

Arch Insurance Solutions, a business unit of Arch Capital Group, is searching for a Client Services Advisor to support its rapidly growing travel insurance business.  The Client Services Advisor is the primary point of contact for Arch’s travel insurance customers for benefit questions, quotes, policy sales and the claim filing process.

Based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, Arch Insurance Solutions provides insurance products and services to the Travel and Accident & Health insurance markets. Arch Insurance Solutions is growing rapidly and offers strong career growth opportunities in client services, claims, sales and account management.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer policy/product questions and claims calls
• Respond to online chat conversations and emails
• Resolve complex call inquiries through appropriate resources
• Determine appropriate product for customers, convert inquiries into insurance sales and enter them into policy administration system
• Provide troubleshooting for customer-facing technology
• Additional projects and tasks as needed

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred and/or

• Three years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel, accident and health or medical insurance fields
